Join us for an Epic Brewing beer dinner at Parry’s Pizzeria & Bar (9567 S University Blvd., Highlands Ranch, Colorado 80126) on Tuesday February 27th. The dinner begins at 5:00 p.m. and will be offered all night (no reservations necessary unless you have a larger group).
This will be an evening of good beer and good food as Epic Brewing and Parry’s representatives guide you through a three-course beer and dinner pairing. The cost is $35 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
For your dining and imbibing pleasure, enjoy the following:
Welcome beer: Los Locos This is a sessionable, refreshing Mexican-Style lager with a hint of corn sweetness, a dash of sea salt and the perfect kick of natural lime juice.
First course: Parry’s Crushin’ It Cream Ale (brewed by Epic) with your choice of appetizer
- Bruschetta with feta and pancetta
- Tuna appetizer with mango, cilantro and lime salsa
Second course: Choice of a 9” pizza and beer
- Tart and Juicy paired with Mae West Pizza (a white pie with artichokes, roasted tomatoes, feta and fresh basil). For a twist, Parry’s is adding goat cheese and balsamic drizzle.
- Parry’s New England IPA (brewed by Epic) paired with Thai Chicken Pizza (with tomato, basil, cilantro, sweet Thai chili drizzle and topped with toasted black sesame).
Third course: Lil’ Brainless Raspberry Ale paired with a Cannoli and chocolate sauce
